Would you like to turn this:
Into something like this:
Then all you need to follow are these simple steps:
1. Your windows will naturally prevent you from changing the visual style of the desktop, but there are ways to change this . All you need to do is patch your machine so that it will allow you to change the style of your toolbar. All you need to do is download this http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/OS- … cher.shtml this will change your UXtheme file in windows so you can change your visual style. Once you patch your machine you will be asked to restart and when you reboot your visual style will probably have changed to windows classic.
2. Choose a skin. They are everywhere. Just google Windows visual style and you should find them. However make sure your not getting skins for windowsblinds or any of those programs which use up your RAM. I get most of my visual style from deviantART @ http://browse.deviantart.com/customizat … lltime=yes Once you have done this, unzip your skin and copy it too file directory C;\WINDOWS\Rescources\Themes.
3. Rocketdock is an app that imitates the MAC OS X toolbar. You can see it at the top of the second screenie. Download at www.rocketdock.com the instructions are simple enough to follow.
4. Wallpaper is the most important element of your desktop so make sure that the one you use is good. In my personal opinion and I now a few others can say this awell, www.interfacelift.com is the best place to get the best wallpapers !
Well thats pretty much it. Any problems just ask me my details are on the site!
Enjoy,
