Problem creating topics

For some reason when i try to create topics it wont work.

OBVIOUSLY IT WORKED JUST NOW!
But when i try to post a long topic with alot of content in it i get no response from server.

I just tried to create a new topic with small amount of text, then edit the post to fit all of my text in it, but that failed as well. I honestly cant figure this out.

So when you press submit with a post that has lots and lots of text in, your request times out?

I don't think that that is a problem with the site at all. It must be your connection.

Yep, it's a tad over 65000. I've only ever had the error once!

And when you reach the character limit, you get an error message - the request doesn't time out.

Dunno if Eusgen cares about this any more, but...

Is it possible that the session is timing out? How long is the session timeout on bf2s?

Eusgen: try writing your post in notepad first, then just copy-paste it...

Either that, or it's just soooo damn long that your connection is timing out before the upload completes - not sure what could be done to resolve that, other than you getting a better ISP/connection - you're not on dial-up are you?
