HELP WITH HOMO PB "losing key packets"

WHAT ARE THE STEPS INVOLVED IN ALLOWING PB (punkbuster) using just he normal windows firewall. I think that maybe the problem. Im using an XP OS.

Is it because im capped?

I tried the other solutions and they didnt work.

Wish I could contribute more, but I call can say is: Yesterday, I got kicked from a server for that reason, too. On the next server, however, everything worked fine. I personally would have guessed it's a random bug or something.

wWhat works for me when that happens is that I exit the game and reopen the game and that seems to work.

I had that problem when I first got my Verizion FiOS internet that came with a router. I had to open up some ports to allow the packets to be transmitted back and forth without being blocked. I would say it is your firewall blocking the ports that BF2 uses. Try allowing them to be used and see what happens.

My clan use to be with gameservers.com. We all got kicked for losing key packets, or corrupted packets. We switched to leetservers.com, and not one kick in the first three weeks. My thought is the server has alot to do with it. The message board at gameservers.com has alot of topics on this as well.

Try a few different servers. See what happens.

Download this: http://websec.evenbalance.com/downloads … bsetup.exe And update PB manually.

If it won't help, download this: http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe And reinstall PB.

Those worked for me.

When i laag a lot i get it. I think its packet editing hacking shield, and when all of those packets arent going to server you get kicked...
i get it only sometimes when i laag more than usually
