Afaik it was just released in the USA and Australian release is now/soon. Demo isn't too shabby but I was never one for the UT games. Prefered Quake 3 Arena, but they never made a follow-up.

There are only two games which come close to BF2, BF1942 and BF Vietnam.
Even with all its bugs, glitches, idiots, IO etc, the game trumps anything that has come out since in terms of game play and variety, and wins over the other BF series due to better graphics and new innervations.
