I agree, what is there going to be past the 200,000 that several are past and rapidly approaching 300,000.  There is going to be a promotion festival patch day for those above 60,000.

Quick do some adjustments DICE/EA,  200,000 should be Major in my book, not Brig Gen.

Well, I have around 25000 points and I'm a First Sergeant, and I recently got the new unlocks as well. So wouldn't that imply either added ranks between the First Sergeant and Sergeant Major or that the requirement for Sergeant Major was lowered? Considering I still have around 25000 points to go till I would have otherwise been promoted. Are we gonna see more Sergeant Majors around, or new WO ranks?

What it seems is that everyone and their third cousins aunt got 2 new unlocks. Somehow I find it impossible that EA was smart enough to create a ranking sytem in which everyone who plays this game ranked up 2 postions. Has anyone not recieved 2 free unlocks.

However I do think EA is smart enough to realize that the ranking sytem needs to go past 200,000. They obviously want to keep us hooked and forking out the dough with these two new booster packs so I seriously doubt that 200k will be the end of the line.  These created accounts are just tests and the final result could be totally not what we expect. The amount of points you need to rank up  always increases so the people that are guessing that the number will shrink or stay the same are probably just wrong.

One thing that does get my interest is badges.
Check Major General: All vehicles on expert and all kits on expert.
Brigidier General: all vehicles on expert
Colonel: all vehicles on expert

Could these be requirements as well?

They needed to come up with something other than time/score to get the promotions. Even though getting expert badges can be just as difficult and "time" consuming. SO when you see that major general you know he has some expereience in all aspects of the game.... Not just medic or tank whoring on karkand.

Also before the last patch it was repectable to have 3 or 4 bars and after the patch it wasnt. Now its respectable to be a first searg or sergeant major. It will be the same deal after this patch.So everyone will be a first sergeant. It will just take some time to learn the new point system and how it applies to peoples score/experience.

I doubt they leave Master Gunnery Sergeant/Sergeant Major at 50,000. 30,000 is realistic.
