My account was hacked into and logged into 2 stat padding servers on 11/20/07. At the same time as HONDAXLV750R. we both received new favorite victims of extremely high kill amounts. Upon checking other 4 star general accounts server histories and stats, ive noticed about 90% have been logged into the same stat padding servers and have suffered the same changes to there favorite victims list. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS ASAP.

The password database for (game spy or xfire) had to have been hacked to be able to get so many players passwords.
I have reported this to ea,s support and i urge you to do the same.

You can´t protect your account against those hacking wankers, because they do not need your password - they just use an PID spoofer, which implements your pid/account into their bf2.exe. Hopefully, PB will detect that shit soon, because they already got Huellia and Rommel with that (firestarter seemed to be another victim of those hacking stupid kids).

no, your wrong, if you google about name change hacks you find that some one made a hack that steals the PID and makes the hackers account PID change to a different one and then you can padd on the other PID and not yours.

its easier to steal a PID then to hack a server.

Working definition of "derailing" going on here.

I don't think it's peoples passwords being the issue. You can use the name hack, however, the rank doesn't change. In other words if you recognize a high ranking players name in the game and he's a Sergent then he's using name hack - ran into several of them last month.

theres a even newer hack that steals a players PID, and changes the rank to the 4 star, so you don't need a 4 star account anymore.

yeah after submiting a complaint to ea i see that they could care less.

they have got to atleast 25 - 4 star general accounts that they've victimised. i was just trying to get the warning out to others. this was the best place i could think of to do it.
