I tend to use "NO TARDS" which I once saw Vengence (cant remeber how he spelt it) and i tend to kick idiot players who dont stick to me.
I also sometimes use "MEDICSONLY" and kick non medics ppl need to learn medic whorin is the way forward......

I always name my squad "born losers" . That keeps the expectations down for people who join. And we always use voip and try to have fun.

Join swedish servers "Net at once" or " battlefield Gotland" and see for yourselves.
