1,81m, 86,7kg ( with clothes on ). I have a couple of kg too much. But I have been working out last year and a lot of the fat has turned into muscle ( going to the gym 3 times per week now ). My goal is 75 kg.

Anyways. I'm 5'11", closing 80 kilos. I'm still short 10 kilos of my 90 kilo goal. Need to make 86 and above. I'm a pretty lightweight rugby forward to be honest. Still mostly muscle mass, but after i got downed by injuries i've got a beer belly now.
ANY ONE KNOW HOW TO LOSE A BEER BELLY? I only get a belly. And i think it looks damn retarded. Cuz there's NO fat anywhere else.
it still has some caffeine in it.
and for the beer belly i'm thinking lots of sit ups, running and a low calorie diet (NO MORE BEER 4FOR YOU! )
or you can turn that fat into muscle and go for abs.

As for me, I'm the perfect weight for my height and age (I'm pretty tall but not heavy at all). And my stomach is rock hard but I don't have a six pack yet... yet. I don't let BF2 ruin my body and I don't suggest anyone else let it either.

I'm not overweight and i never seem to gain any weight either. i eat meat like everyday and i eat alot. i just dont gain weight. i play football here and there(i used to play almost everyday when i was younger) which i guess helps and i guess i also have good metabolism. i weigh like 120-125 and im about 5"6-5"7.

Start out slow and do about 15-20 each set of crunches. Vary your crunch and turn to each side. Sit-ups don't excercise the abdomen muscles that you want toned. You won't get that nice looking six pack until your body fat is gone.
