Will it run it on all high? Maybe but probably not.

ok...I got 4G of RAM on the same mobo...a 7600GS and a 4200+ CPU and I run it fine on HIGH...

Ok I know it's not in DX10...but hell it's all right for the kind of gamer that I am....

I've read on here that the demo isn't a great representation for performance of the full game, but it ran flawlessly on medium and playable, but with sputtering in heavy action, when it was on all high settings.  I would probably enjoy the game if it runs fine on medium, so does anyone have any input as to whether this system will play the retail game all the way through on medium settings, no problem?

Have you tried the link abowe? It should give you an idea how it will go!

im lucky iv got a EVGA 8800GT Superclocked, and iv been looking for a second for sli mode but cant get one anywere. i think i read that there are only 100,000 8800GT in the world by ANY manufactorer.

Wow, what I don't understand is, that my PC passes all minimum reqs in Crysis and still it runs like shit. I've done some tweaking which I found over the net which improved some of the FPS but still it isnt great..

well my good watson. your going to need some fast ram with a lower cas latency to do the trick. get an 8800gt  and everything else is okey, but dont expect to run this game will all the eyecandy on. the most powerful rigs out there can run this at very high resoultions between 20-35 fps.

why dont you get COD4. the SP you can beat in 4 hrs unless you are a noob, then there is the spectacular MP everyones gryping about. Crysis has superb SP but every dude here knows the MP is as crappy as hellgate london.

COD4 is more bang for the buck m8. but im just wasting my 2 min giving u this message when all your going to do is run to the store and get crysis.

truth is m8, any decent computer for the last 3 years can run crysis. there is one rule u are forgetting: THERE IS A BIG ASS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RUNNING THE GAME, AND ENJOYING THE GAME.

i could run and enjoy the demo, even to this day i have the demo. but i have to dial down the graphic quite a bit just to get a decent 30-40 fps.

sorry im broke, but thats the reason im using my money for important things in my future. i got a crappy 7800gs AGP card. but i refuse to kill my wallet/ bank for another computer upgrade again. im done with things like that already.
