i use the "Back" key on my mouse. I just ban people instantly from mine if they dont have a talk key.

left alt. Annoying when my dogs go off in the background or my mother comes in and starts rambling about something and everyone in vent hears it.
If you don't use push to talk, odds are your breathing into the mic is pissing everyone off.

Voice activation. I hate hotkeys. I got 18 extra buttons on my keyboard, and the only one I sue is the volume control. And some macros to spam Xfire ^^
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Push to talk.. Voice activation gets me annoyed when sending all the un-wanted sounds.
