The only thing I really consider padding is when you're doing something that gets you points but doesn't help your team to win. The medics in the boat are just trying to get points. The guy on Karkand is actually trying to kill people, and thus help his team.

2. Wrong it's padding for accuracy, Remember padders paradise? Well a similar situation i observed on a gator padding server. The admin would get in a chopper and tell people fi they wanted better sniper accuracy come to the gator with an svd. He just sat there getting chopper time while everyone shot at him and another admin resupplied them.(Oh yeah there was also boat flipping school at the engine room headed by another admin I shit you not boat flippin school!)
3. It is a tough one if you know the person is nade spammer then standing by them with an ammo bag is sort of padding, But if you dont it's not. But all in all it is no matter if you know the person or not teamwork!

Ever played 1942 or Vietnam? The medics in those could only heal, and they were still used.
