that is absolutely true, but there is no way to keep track of how important each point is in an individual situation...and there are exceptions to the "PlayerX never captures a flag and hence must not value teamwork" rule

exceptional pilots for example would not capture many and yet are essential on many maps

but regardless, i still feel like this stat is way overlooked in the scheme of ranking a players effectiveness by looking at his numbers

I dont go out of my way to cap flags, in fact i people who do nothing than cap are faggots who ruin the game. Capping a couple of good points, thats cool, but purposefully trying to cap out is fucking stupid. If you want to cap flags, make a fucking mod with 5000 flags and med packs as only weapon.
