As a squad leader, you place an attack marker on the enemies dead body, and it tells you how far away it is.

Haha at the ones where he seemed to aim miles away from them. They dropped dead before they even reached his crosshair

Not saying it doesn't take skill, cos he obviously knew that he had to aim there to get the kill. Better than I could do for sure.
