I just came across this today, and relized, holy shit thats me. It was a shot back in my noob days when i didnt relize that i could press and hold right click to stay zoomed in. So i thought, wow this game is fuxxed. But a really funny shot none the less

Yeah, just zoom in, fire, and hold the fire button down while you move your mouse.

iv been practicing for a while learning how to use the at rocket against inf and fast moving viechles if you can master it then at is by far the most useful kit for you

Well, you don't have to. If you move the mouse, wether you're zoomed in or not or clicking or not it'll guide. Anyway, getting kills not scoped proves you're better.
