Why is my internet so fucking slow

My internet was fina a few days ago and it took me only 20 minutes to download the BF2 PATCH 1.41 but after i installed SPecial Forces i had to redownload the patch...is my internet slow because of the installation of Special Forces...or is it Rogers?? If anyone else is using Roger's "high speed internet" can you tell me if it's fast or not please.

*Speedtest.net...600 kb per second....

i'm supposed to be going 3 mb per second.

well according to this site i get 859 kbs

while here http://www.speedtest.net/ i get almost 7900kbs not to sure why the major difference unless that test server is in another country.

could be... there are alot of factors that could influence your reading. running it a few times for an average is your best bet.
