Now, my DAD's first PC was a TANDY, not sure about all the specs but I know it had a 20 MB hard drive that my dad had to pay like $500 extra for. It ran on MS-DOS.

Well a few summers ago I bought a used Apple II for about 5 dollars, only good thing was that it came with a printer and the lemonade stand game.
