Even unarmed as a troop transport, that thing was so fun to fly. I sooooo wanted to be able to zip around the streets of Mashtur and Karkand with one, but to no avail.

Any other former Little Bird drivers and lovers out there?

I just miss the flat out variety of vehicles, especially if you count DCX. I especially hate that the BF2 Hind can only carry 2 people, defeating its entire purpose as a gunship/transport combination.

As much as I love BF2, it just doesn't have the same feel as DC and DCX.

bf2 is great/eyecandy etc in its own way, but dc/dcx were the games i spent so much time on a few years ago.
dc/dcx had so many vehicles, so many types that there were no real issues with vehicle whores or hogging (except maybe the a-10 ).. ya gotta love the rigged oil trucks in dcx.. PROPER jihad jeeps ya gotta love the rocket trucks, the scuds, the SAM laungers.. damn, those SAM launchers piss on the AA in bf2.. what i wouldnt give for the AA in bf2 to be fully guided instead of 'shoot-and-hope-ya-dont-tk-someone-who-will-punish-u-because-of-the-shitty-tracking'

yea but their skinners and coders are less than desirable, ill go with the mods that already won the awards and they arent even released yet, point of existence and forgotten hope. they both won awards last week for overall mod of the year and arent even done yet. i cant beleive the FH2 map list, its nutzzzzzz.
