If your looking at 911's then Id look at the Audi R8 - Came a close second to the 911 is a class test, but the 911 is common (and a lot of people just think 'twat') but the R8 is still very rare and much cooler.
How much is the R8 tho?

oh yeah, i would agree.
however, it seems to be a bit expensive, so maybe an s4 would do, and u can get an ragtop for $60k.
Or, u could wait for the s5 to come out in two months or so, and be the coolest guy on the street.
but for the other choices, i would go with a m3, but previous generation: nicer, less expensive (=more options or a wicked sound system) and get a csl version if u can, but they're expensive.

if you want something cool and FAST, go with the lotus elise.

Actually, teh Dictionary.com correctly states that coupe is pronounced "koop" and you should be writing coupé, pronounced "koo-pey."

cou·pé      /kuˈpeɪ or, for 1, 5, kup/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[koo-pey or, for 1, 5, koop] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation –noun
1. a short, four-wheeled, closed carriage, usually with a single seat for two passengers and an outside seat for the driver.
2. the end compartment in a European diligence or railroad car.
3. Ballet. an intermediary step to transfer the weight from one foot to the other.
4. (in Continental heraldry) party per fess.
5. coupe (def. 1).

Also according to this, definitions 1 and 5 require the "koop" pronunciation.

Check out all the other price differences on cars in the US and UK, thats the biggest thing we get screwed over.

Didn't you think £30,000 for a 911 was cheap?

M3.

Tint out all the windows, dark. Get black on black rims. Remove all body markings identifying it as a BMW. Remove both license plates.

If I saw that car driving around town, I wouldn't fuck with it.

Buy a STi.  Go to Stage 4 and still have $5000-$7,000 left over.   You'll own every car on that list and you don't have to have it a summer only car with perfect straight away pavement conditions to drive it.
go stage 4 and change your oil every 1000 miles
Um that's a little to much.  Try 3,000 miles.
