it is a full scale mock up of the USS Nimitz class. Notice the Chinese aircraft on deck. It is not an aircraft carrier. It is not even a ship. I hope you didn't look too long in the states?!!

The reason there are so many US carriers is that it is illegal for the US to sell capital ships to foreign powers. So all cruisers, battleships and carriers are either scapped, sunk as a reef or target or turned into museums.
