Okay, this will sound whacked but all those jokes I crack about being a caffeine addict are true. The 2-4 cups of coffee in the morning along with another 2-4 at night. Unhealthy I know but I like it. Normally with milk + two teaspoons of sugar or just plain black coffee. Depends on my mood.

2-4 cups of coffee or 2 bottles of RedEye/Red Bull/generic caffeinated energy drink.

2-6 slices of toast or a bowl of cereal (generic flakes + fruit type thingy, not fussed on brand or anything...)...

Occasionally things get really screwy and 1-2L of Coca-Cola/Pepsi are added to that.
