Varies from 1-2 a day. Only time I'll do 3 is when it's really, really humid/hot outside. I'll also usually take them at night if I only take one on a certain day; I like the feeling of refreshment after I've done everything I'd needed to do.

Dont know where I heard it but once everyother day is supposedly better on your skin or something, so I go for that reason, and the fact that im lazy and see no point in a a shower if A.I dont smell or B.Im not dirty.
