Also, will all you British people stop yelling as us Americans for using it how we please? The founders of our country escaped Britain so we don't have to conform to their ways, so why do we still have to talk the same way as them? Also, this is how we learned to speak, just as you learned when you were younger. We didn't have much of a choice.

sorry im in a weird argumentative mood today for some reason, and i apologise for it. basically english people say 'zed' when its on its own but, as with many other letters, its sound changes completely when in a word and it doesnt retain its individual sound in the majority of words.

btw at Pernicious544, w = double-u
q= ku with some dodgy accent

and z=zed
