I'd keep it the way it is BUT add different types of leaderboards like bf2 player you know? Like for vehicles or weapons and stuff. Oh, and I know BF2stats.nl has the number of shots you've fired since you've played, I think thats cool.

Expand the user base by creating sections and threads dedicated to other games. Probably other shooters, just to keep the users consistent.
Promote this by expanding the wiki to include other games as well.
Basically, expand to include games in the same or similar genre. This site has 28000 users, and its basically BF2 and Debate and Serious Discussion.

i'd also create a nifty section for older users (earlyish 06 and back) to hang out in. just for when the little kiddies get to be too much. i imagine something like that would have saved many members from the depths of inactivity.
