I hope everyone has logged into EA and submitted a problem ticket. The ticket won't help, but the complaint statistics might wake someone up in EA.
Are they a public company? Maybe everyone could donate a few pennies so we can buy some stock and make a proposal at their next stockholders meeting. Biggest problem - figuring out which ones need to be fired first....
If this company was servicing the biz sector, they lights would have been out months ago.
Sent in a support ticket - received this back. Idiots don't have customer service. Apparently I am supposed to have a "relation" with them. Sent in the requested info. Go ahead and provide same if you file a ticket to help them understand their support problem and to adjust their customer support/resolution stats. Folks - I promise that the squeaky wheel theory holds here and they are not held accountable by anything you vent about here.

Greetings,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us about your Battlefield stat issue. Your concerns are very important to us. EA Customer Support is currently aware of a stat outage which is affecting several players. We are working extremely hard to pinpoint the cause of the issue and correct it. EA|Dice, EA Customer Support and all the Battlefield Partners are dedicated to making sure that your game play experience remains exciting and that your hard work is recorded while playing Battlefield. While every effort will be made to include stats gained during the outage, there is a possibility that those earned during this brief period will not be reflected in your final stats total. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and apologize for the inconvenience.
Sincerely,
EARep Shawn
