Ok, my borders suck!  I use a simple process but I don't like it and was wondering what some of the better sig makers do around here for their borders?

also anyone who wants to make a guide as to how to make a border or image such as in kmarion's that would be great, karma as payment.

most people seem to prefer the one pixel boarder. i could do one like kmarion's, but i personally dont like it.

edit:

here's a quick generic way to do it.

take you sig and make a new layer in ps. create your boarder to what ever size you'd like. color doesn't really matter here.

now go to your "styles" window and just look through the presets for something that tickles your fancy.

there are tons of presets but you can make you own and alter the existing ones. just open the layer properties and play around with all the options.

Well I will play around with it, currently most of what I have are duplicates of the BG layer with a 1 pixel stroke with a different color, usually a white, black or a color from the sig.  Thanks.

i just use stroke.... but I dont know to much about ps yet...
