My profile is not getting updated!!

Hey all

My question is: I have played on ranked serves for 1½ week now, almost everyday! And i have scored many points, but it seems that my profile is not getting updated, im still on 3141 point! I should be above 4000 about now. And i also got the Basic Command Badge! But it is no where to be shown!!!

Whats wrong!?? Any body knows something..?
