Imo they have never done.. only when there have been problems with top 20 or so..

just look at all those RANKED knife/pistol servers running..

Apparently, someone is enforcing the ROE because stats are getting reset regularly.  Mostly, we hear about it happening to players in the top 100 ... but I've seen it happen to players further down in the ranks.

If you want to play on K&P servers "just to relax" then either (a) play on one that is unranked or (b) create a second user account just for K&P servers.

If neither (a) or (b) is satisfactory to you then you will run some risk of getting your stats reset.

Not as much as they should enforce it, but yes they enforce it. Saying that though, they cant look into everything all the time.
