Tampa is a beta map, but you still get the points on it, IF your lucky.  Since EA is having this "stats" issue sometimes you get the update, sometimes you don't.  As for the person who said they didn't get an update since last Thursday, your stats are more then likely lost.  Tampa may very well be the cause of the stats problem, but who knows, you never really can tell until EA releases something (which they probably wont).  Hope this helps.
