Just got my copy of photoshop CS3, damn its expensive. Alright, back to my point, can anyone teach me how to use it? Kinda new to it=/
i just got it a few days ago myself.the best way to learn is by playing around with the tools.for the first few hours it seems overwhelming, but you'll slowly get the hang of it.
That's how I learned...aj0404 wrote:

~ Do you not know that in the service … one must always choose the lesser of two weevils?
That's because you need practice. Not everyone pirates things off the internet, I admire him for actually paying for the program.Im_Dooomed wrote:

Check out some tutorials, in the threads of the first pages of the graphics forum - for some reason they were unstickied - but I'm sure you'll find great tutorials there.
And self taught will only get you so far - tutorials are the way to go. You learn much faster.

Two things:
1. Search around for tutorials. They help alot.
2. You actually bought it? Haha.

Sounds like your accusing me of pirating Adobe Photoshop. I have taken a course on CS2 and used the trial version through the whole thing (And when it ran out I used 7.0 that came with my computer) I can buy a student version of CS2 if I want for cheap but I don't feel it necessary at the moment.konfusion wrote:

I sarcastically said smart move because I would never throw down however much $$ for a program I know nothing about. I would take tutorials on it or take a course on it at a Community College or so. THEN I would consider buying it.

is it worth getting CS3 if you are poor and have CS2?
i know you can manipulate 3D objects and other crazily cool stuff but i doubt ill ever use that.
