This morning i had sausages + blackpudding bap.

I had sausages cus i like eating lips and arse wrapped in a skin.
Also pigs blood fried is also nice.

Trying to eat healthy but taste always overcomes me.

On a bad day: The above plus a coupl of dimsims on the way to school
On dads day off: Bacon and eggs and fresh OJ

and when you say half, do you mean that you only made half a sandwich? or was it half crappy as in, not totally crappy?

Nothing beats a Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin for breakfast, or a Full Scottish/English/Irish breakfast!

Just had a round of Richmond sausages, some bacon with cheese melted on top. All in a bun, with brown sauce. And a cup of strong tea. Then a strong cig. Nice.

not total crap because if it was total crap then I wouldn't have ate it.... but.... the usual Bacon/salad Sandwich.

so a big bacon sandwich which was half crappy because I was in a rush !

Today: Bacon, egg, and fried bread.

Usually: Large glass of orange squash.

When I'm working: If I feel like it, either an egg and bacon sandwich or a cheese, pickle, and ham sandwich. Or a Burger King Ultimate Breakfast Roll, possibgly with hash browns and orange juice.

What I may switch to in future: King size Lion bar, as I picked up a box wholesale at the weekend. Yummy.
