Well, ignoring that fact that providing an article without citation is technically plagiarism, you claimed it as your own.
And I said that it was mine, when? Man you're boring the crap out of me, you've already derailed the whole thing. Someone please put this back on topic.
Was that you talking, or Wikipedia? I just thought I should check before I reply.
Ahahaha....no, well this is fun isn't it.

Well, if you're going to post statements you don't believe in you can't expect me to psychically tell.M.O.A.B wrote:

I didn't say I believed in it or didn't believe in it, I put it up there for people who didn't know what the definitions meant so they can use them in the thread, it's called being helpful funnily enough. Besides you're not ever posting anything relevant to the thread, you're simply bothering me because I put something up for people to use.
No, I'm telling you that if you're going to post a definition you don't believe in tell us because otherwise it makes it kind of hard to argue.
OK then, noted, now can we get back on topic pls?
Okay, fine:
According to the definition you have chosen to use, waterboarding is torture.

Perhaps.
So Bubs, let's say you are Prime Minister of Australia and your SAS has captured two members of a cell that has a nuclear bomb planted in Sydney. The clock is set for 24 hours and they know where it's at.
Would you support torture to get the info or order an evacuation of Sydney, or both?

Now that is a good question.ATG wrote:

No Bubs lacks the intestinal fortitude to do anything in person, he would rather rant and derail threads on the internet then get his hands dirty.
I for one would beat them into submission, and then rinse and repeat as needed to get the info.
But thats just me, my hands already have more then enough blood on them, whats a little bit more?

It's a strictly hypothetical question outside the bounds of normality and the answers if any should be punish it with the contempt it deserves.

Obviously torture. Just like the insurgents would use torture on our guys/civilians to find the locations of tanks/patrols and whatnot. Granted, they probably have worse torture than we do and they end up killing the victim. I probably now support the use of torture, however i won't get all cry baby upset if they do the same to our guys.ATG wrote:

Shit happens. Besides, there's more of a chance of them getting captured then we are. At least i hope that's how it is.
Did I say I was proud of it? The only thing I'm proud of is the fact I have a pair of balls, and I show them everyday I step outside the wire. I stand on my own feet, and walk out the gate, knowing that at any moment I could get launched several feet by an APIED, VBIED,IED, or DBIED.m3thod wrote:

That must be a new part of TBF2. If you really want to know about what's going in Iraq, ask the guys who have actually been there and what they think should be done, they will know more about the situation than anybody else, and I'm talking about the guys who put their lives on the line every single day, no news reporters.m3thod wrote:

Why? They can't defeat a faceless enemy motivated by and unbreakable ideology.

Sux to be so uninformed, doesn't it m3thod?
You think i actually care? Claim all the testicular fortitude you want I'm sure you have bucketloads. My stance is ultimately you people never had business in Iraq as such you will get no sympathy or appraisal from me whether or not you have the grapefruits to step outside the wire. IMO you're unfortunately just another dispensable pawn in the wider game of power and corruption.CannonFodder11b wrote:
