Method is quick to point out the American "atrosities" yet fails when it comes to providing the story on the side!!

Do you need to get in touch with my Marine buddy who fought in Iraq. . . he was in Fallujah btw, and lets just put it this way, the Insurgents or as you call them "freedom fighters", were committing atrosities that were unimaginable on a daily basis!!

So take your American hating, defeatist, left wing agenda, and shove it! Cause you have no clue what your talking about!! A few isolated incidents, is not the same as taught doctrine/standard practice by our enemy! Our military is not taught to committ crimes against humanity, sometimes they do happen during the stress of battle. . . .But our enemy finds crimes against humanity as a means of projecting their will on the local population nearly on a constant daily basis!!   And is ACCEPTABLE by their superiors as a means of war. . .

Your insistence that the American military are the true "terrorists" is misguided at best. . . .

Before I rant, I'd just like to say that BOTH sides have idiots/extremely immoral assholes.

That being said, I love how the right wingers on this forum just want to hear what the left wingers have to say.  The truth is, this guy represents probably 2 percent of the total left wing population, but lots of right wingers out there wont acknowledge it.  It'd be like comparing ATG to Ted Haggard because they both happen to be somewhere on the right side of the isle. 

So, in conclusion, all I have to say is this dude is a POS and I feel just as pissed as anyone else does.  These issues always expose whos an idiot, and who knows what theyre talking about.  Left wingers who think all soldiers are out there intently killing civilians because of the actions of .00000001 percent of them, but that also includes right wingers who think that all left wingers spend their time looking for ways to frame soldiers (or believes that 100 percent of soldiers ever in American history have been heroes/whatever).

This thread is proof that 9/10 people on D+ST do indeed think in terms of black and white.  Say what you want, but comparing me, or C-Poe, or any other left winger to that asshole only proves how stupid you are.

It sure is funny that m3thod hasn't been banned yet and you look at all the other people and some haven't done neraly that to get into trouble.

Since he was impersonating an enlisted man and he was trying to make everyone believe that was going on then I would say that falls under treason and he should recieve capital punishment and all his little friends receive life/death sentences as the courts see fit.

Yeh I agree with you even though us army soldiers don't really like the marines but when it comes down to the dirty we need them as much as they need us, same goes for all branches.

You know what the problem is with that idea steve? When some of our guys get busted for this shit, instead of making examples out of them to show both our allies AND our enemies that we just won't tolerate that crap, they're immediately assumed to be innocent. Just more poor hapless victims of the eeeevil liberal leftist agenda that hates our soldiers and loves terrorists. It's always a double standard of "when they do it it's evil, when we do it there's mitigating circumstances". Why is it that the right keeps defending and in some cases lionizing people who shit all over the supposed honor of our military? Why jump to the defense of people caught planting weapons on dead civilians to make them look like they were a threat, just because they're our soldiers? That's not "heat of the moment", that's "covering your ass because you know you did wrong". Personally, I don't give a rusty fuck what the "enemy" is doing. I don't care if they're having toddler barbecues. I don't care if they're making puppy pinatas. None of it justifies a single civilian beat up, tortured, raped or murdered. Their behavior does not excuse ours. If one of our guys smokes a civilian for no good fucking reason, you don't defend them. You don't write fucking heroic songs about them. You don't harass and make death threats against the person or people that blew the whistle on the bastards. You demand that they get stuck in a hole in fucking Levenworth until they die there. Why? Because they abused the honor of the service they're in, the oath they swore and our trust in them. I know most of our soldiers aren't doing this.
