Its always a bummer to go down, trust me if anyone knows how you feel its a Sunderland fan. We have been a yoyo club for years.

Were coming up though, hopefully not to come back town again.

The hammers should've had points deducted but oh well. In reality Sheffield/Wigan/Charlton/Watford never played good enough throughout the season to deserve to stay at the top. Whereas the hammers did have some good performances here and there.

getten beaten in the play-offs is also pretty bad, Chelmsford vs Billericay, we were 1-0 up, but the ricay equilise, and we get beaten in penalties, we were devastated, god damn them ricay pikeys.

Yes. And too bad for the Blades - I had hoped that the Hammers would get relegated. But then again any team who leaves things to the last day is looking for trouble and needs to do better if they believe that they belong in the Premiership.

Don't worry I heard in a few years the Conference will be the new Prem. All the big teams, like Tranmere and Sutton United, want to play there. So don't worry!
