I have this image which I have put a filter on. Is there anyway I can remove the filter and make the image back to the way it originally was?
Anybody?
Undo?
Undo wont work as I ahve done many things to the image past that point. It's my friend that didn't want the filter when I showed him. By then It was too late.
Hellooooooo Is There Anyone That Can Give Me An Answer?
Probably not.
Once you've flattened the image (or saved the psd after applying the filter and exited PS), you're stuck with the filter. There's no way to undo it as far as I know. You have two options:
1. Convince your friend that he want's the filtered image
2. Start from scratch
Oh, and don't bump topics so much, please.

I need around tree fiddy.
in addition to undo there is a step backward control+alt+z
True. Don't you just hate it when it takes you back just a few steps away from what you wanted to revert to?jsnipy wrote:

no there isnt. i hear cs3 has some sort of feature that will allow this, but i dont know for sure. beyond that, your our of luck
Save PSDs, take snapshots on the history palette, aply everything you can as layers and make a layer folder where you can duplicate back ups as you progres.
find less picky friends... lol
seriously though... always save a backup with the layers unflattened... and make a new layer to try filters/masks/blends
