Emo, and emotional are the same thing... Although Emo is a form of subculture, they generally tend to be more EMOtional, and that is where the term comes from.

I am an emotional person in a way that sometimes I think too much rather than just "hell...fuck it..." but that doesn't mean that I dye my hair black, write sad poetry, dress and behave like ppl who are emo in a subcultural meaning
