I used to be a Global Mod here: www.screenshotart.com - In the forums check under Screenshot Art.com -> General Screenshots -> Other Games -> Action Games. I've seen some stuff from BF2 in there before but not much. You can get some great Photoshop tips there also, just register and check out the tutorials.
Adobe Photoshop Elements can do a lot of the same things Photoshop CS can do and it only cost about $90-100. It's better than Paint Shop Pro for editing imho and way better than any default windows paint program.
