No, the points do not count to your BF2 stats.

Thanks people who answered questions! I will be on the BF2s server soon (later tonight). BF2 bores the shit into me, i just kamikaze helo on Oman/Dalian/Wake now!

Some love it some hate it.
There is about 400 players playing every evening so there are always populated servers.
And as they said already the points DONT count towards you BF2 points. But there is a ranking sistem for PR also. Its called ABR and most popular servers have it (including BF2s EU PR server). Ranked servers have ABR in their name.
