Just noticed that the test really depend on the network you are testing them on. Here is an example:
Both are located in Dallas, so I should get at least similar results. Not results that are completely off, the down is off by about 2 Mb and the up is off 3 Mb. In other words, it is basically testing the server connection not your connection.

Not bad...
