prob installing.

Hi iv got a problem installing BF2:SF , BF2 installs ok but when i install SF the first bar thing comes up and then flashes green and goes off, iv tryed reinstalling 3 times now, do u think its my disc or what.

any help appreciated thanks.

no i havnt installed the patches yet, but it does not help if i do its still the same .

it worked untill i uninstalled for some reason forgot now, it would install ok, so think its my disc, ill try tomoorro see if it is.

spec:
AMD 3200 + 2.00 ghz
K8N gigabyte SLI
7950 gt 512 ram
1 gig ilexir ram
2 x 40 gig 10,000 rpm satas raid 0
120 gig ide 7,200 rpm

or could it be that i have got bf installed on my satas in stead of my drive with windows on ????????

yep, when it workd i had my BF2 and SF installed on my raid0 and would play with no probs at all.

yep, when it workd i had my BF2 and SF installed on my raid0 and would play with no probs at all.

And did you have windows installed on the raid0 before as well? If so, it's looking all the more likely that that's the cause.
