Reason i did this is because i haven't got a good nights sleep in about 4 days.
It's just been on and off in random moments. Like 5 min in the car, then in 2 hours 10 min in my class.
I just go to bed close my eyes and think about stuff. I don't even fall asleep, i can lie there for 2 hours completely still and not fall asleep. So i just give up and watch Tv or something.
