80% also. I get exercise while working, helps keep me trim. 5'9"-10", 155 or so lbs. Eat more healthy now than I did a year ago when I weighed 175.

70% taco bell and wendy's are on my average menu for the week just because I work alot. I got to 70 per by having a high metabolism heh. I see in the future all my taco bell will catch up to me. There wasn't an option with smoking cigs so I figured the 70 %option was what I was.

I'm 15 in school still lol, i could do more exercise but i will be soon (training rigorously to go to Kokoda in September) I eat well and have very defined muscles, could put a bit more on though

I go to the gym everyday and eat pretty good. I also do not own a car so I walk pretty much everywhere.
i'm also 30. i went from 90% for most of my life to 70% going on 60% if i don't do something about it. working so much doesn't help either.usmarine2005 wrote:

72-75kg for 185 cm is pretty average, but I must admit by the amout of what I eat daily (also fastfood) I should be somehow heavier. I blame cigaretts, alcohol and my job mostly.
I dont do exercise or any sports anymore because I dont find time for it. My fingers are pretty fast and in a good shape because I rather play guitars then soccer.
Two years ago, I had around 90 kg and a good body index, but due to a injured leg I wasnt able to walk, run etc etc. for around 31 weeks (more then half a year) and had to stay in bed or just sit infront of a PC and quited my soccerclub and my gym activity.
I´ll never get those 15-20 kg´s back.

90% Gym 5 days a week, 1.5 hour Cardio 1 hour Weights, and i eat fairly healthy occasional fast food when out with me mates.
