my lack of expertice in this field brings me to this question

it has a rudder twist i believe thats what its called. there is foward/back, side/side, and this twist thing. im wondering if that is a standard feature on most sticks :s

Mine has a twist , foot peadals are better but BF2 dosnt support them. I find from my 1st hour of practicing in flight the best thing to do is memorize the locations of High value targets and sweep them in rotation. Becuase you cant see far enuff.

i use mouse and i still kick ass. joystick only good for dog fights witch i can do fine with using mouse.

most of decent joysticks has rudder (twist)

some really noob joysticks doesn't have rudder and it really sucks

point of having joystick instead of using keyboard is to have all the controll (including throttle) at one hand, enabling you to have more control of jet/helo

and yes, mine does (saitek cyborgevo)
