i think you are using vista, right? you have to do it like jameseyy said: you have to do right-click on your shortcut, properties, compability and then select "run as administrator". that should solve your problem.
Your using a limited account, use the administrator one and you should be fine
There is a virus out there that fools your PC into thinking it does'nt have admin rights so you get kicked via PB in games you need to run a full virus scan , mal-ware scan and a spyware scan also. I think the name of the the virus is VX something if yourPC does'nt pick up the virus the try this website http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ it is has a superb forum and members that really know there stuff as well when it comes to viruses, in fact i recommend everyone bookmark it if they any viruses that are hard to remove they have the know how.
