This kind of goes along with xfire...I try to jump only into games with someone in my xfire list. But it's hard to find them once you're in-game sometimes. How about for those of us using xfire, if you're in-game...create a custom squad and name it "BF2S". This would make it so much easier for the rest of us to get in there together. Sound good?
This would get us to a potential 6-man clan for at least a game or two...Cheers!

thats a good one.. why didnt i think of that? i gave up on xfire as it messes up BF2 on my machine somehow after i installed it..game slows down (although it works fine launching CoD)..yeah, i am not a techie where PC is concerned, so flame me..CMDR_Dave wrote:

but after i uninstalled it, everything works fine. i have only seen 2 other BF2S forum members on the internode aussie servers so far. the ping rate is the biggest drawback for those of us on the opposite side of the globe.

you cant join a game directly through teamspeak.
a lot of chatter about who is where would go on but could be prevented but different channels.
whos got a good TS server? i had one once for my old clan but not anymore.
pros:
no crappy ingame VOIP.
we could make channels for different timezones, same ping zone
anywway the BF2S squad is nice even though it took em 5 min to get it last time dave made one in game i thought you got kicked by an admin again
