Well my former SAS uncle got me this knife from Iraq,i thought it was pretty cool.

Any service members out there tell me a bit about it? Is it common? Is it worth money?

from what i can tell it looks like diamondwood for the handle.
most of the middle east isnt able to produce quality metals like 440c or S30v. chances are its some sort of mixture of high carbon steels.

Thank you,thats really the best picture i can take with that camara.

The blade is pretty strong,i can hardly bend it!
