Which one should I get? (Airsoft gun)

I think the real question is what type of airsoft do you play?

If you play primarily indoors in a CQB arena then go with the G36c because it is a very compact weapon.

The G3 and M16 are both better suited for out doors and if that is the Tokyo Mauri G3 then it would be my choice. My little brother own one and it fires at 280 fps with 16 rounds per second. Only downside is that because the entire thing is plastic it feels very cheap. Meat body kits are available so make sure to look into that.

And yes, there is a LPEG M4 with a nade launcher but I dont wanna buy a plastic one they just get smashed and break way to easily. The G36 is full metal so yeah I'll get that one. Thanks for the help all!

I have a TM G36c, it's pretty good. I also have a mate with the G3 - better range but slower RPM. G36c can also be modded into the K variety if you get bored.

Really, what matters is the manufacturer, I am really into Airsoft, so I can help you a lot. If it is Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, G&G, Star or G&P, then go for whichever gun you like most. If it isn't from any of those manufacturers, DON'T get it. You will be sorely disappointed. There are a few legit companies that aren't listed, but hardly anyone buys from them, and they don't carry any of those guns.
