For those who cant read it, I'm guessing it says:
What ever the fuck a DLL is.The system DLL user32.Dll was relocated in memory. This application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:/WINDOWS/system/HHCTRLOCK occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLL. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.
Thats wierd my computer started doing that too

dll: definition
did you 2 install any updates or new software recently?
maybe something got corrupted. Do a full memtest86+ run as well as test for CPU stability (prime 95). Also a thorough anti-virus & anti-spyware run might be a good idea

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
There's a site with a shitload of DLLs on it; you could try finding the DLL question.
That happened to me to today! I think it has something to do with the soundcard drivers

If you have a problem with DLL one of your Windows library executables is messed up
Executive-provides basic OS services
kernel-provides low level OS functions
Device drivers- translate user input output requests into specific hard input output requests
hardware abstraction layer- insulates the kernel and device drivers
windowing and graphics - implementing the windowing interface
