I lay it mostly at the feet of George Bush. I mean, the Jerry Falwells of the world aside, he really is a disgrace to the American public.

He lied about being a conservative. He uses military might based on his interpretation of religion. I could go on.


I have a special sort of hatred for those trying to ban Manger scenes from malls, and political correctness, that is matched only by my loathing of the hypocracy of the republican party.

I'd swing with you, but the public undermining of our troops in the field by the likes of Pelosi and her crowd leave me feeling like I just passed my lower intestinal tract and the ropey remains are trailing away from the toilet in a bloody coil.

I Completely and totally agree with you. I feel the Dems are fucking up the war even more. and the repubs arent helping either.

BTW. i dont consider myself a liberal or a conservative, im an other, because i feel different according to each debate.

Liberals always act, say, do, on their feelings, without a rational ability to decifer whether that may or may not be the correct course of action.  Those opposed to their liberal/socialist agenda, are flat out wrong, and their is no arguing.

Ok, so here is something you guys might want to know.  The largest factor in global warming is not carbondioxide but methane.  Methane isn't released the most from a cow's butt but from the Siberean tundra.  Methane is frozen underneath the surface there but due to natural cycles in the Earth's environment and atmosphere.

Another note is that Republican and Democrate are now bastardize terms in American politics.  Republicans is used to describe a person who likes to think of their state as a republic, democrates a democratic nation.  These two types of government pretty much have zero chance of reappearing in American Society in my opinion.  The politicians have taken the constitution and changed it to their will.  The constitution had Congress as the largest and most powerful of the three branches, since the New Deal (Theodore Roosevelt) the President has been emerging as a larger and larger branch of government.  The legsilative branch, the Supreme Court, managed to make itself even more powerful under the third chief justice by saying that it could interpert the consitution and tell congress what was and wasn't constitutional.

All of these factors plus the large polarization of the "two" parties, something the founding fathers had tried hard to avoid at all were political parties, mean that the current American political system is doomed.  The New Deal gave people a cruch with which to walk.  It was needed when it was implimented but was never taken away.  Think of it as if a person was to break their leg, they can't be expected to walk on it right away and are given a cruch.  As their leg heals they need the cruch less and less and start walking on their own again.  Finally when the leg is healed they take away the cruches and the person walks on their own.  If the cruches aren't taken away then the legs will weaken again and won't be able to stand on their own without a kick to jumpstar them.  This applies to the U.S. population who are now leaning on the welfare and other cruches provided by the government that is no longer needed in such a great amount.  They won't walk on their own again unless they get cattle prodded in that direction.
