I can see where you are coming from, there are a lot of threads in D&ST that discuss issues regarding the Middle East, the Islamic faith and in particular Islamic fundamentalism. It is this continual negative representation of the Islamic faith that reinforces people's misguided views of Muslims. However ...I feel that this type of discussion forum is a good thing in that it allows the opportunity to debate with people on these issues and can in some cases lead people to re-assess their views and opinions. I can assure you not everyone here holds biased views against the Islamic faith and there are plenty here that would argue their corner.
