Yes and it will kill any game that ea and dice make.
Quake isn't my thing, so no. I'll be playing 2142, R6:Vegas, and FL:FOW when it's released. Have fun, though, hope you like it.
I'll be doing both. But I'll whore QW when it first comes out.

People have said you can stand up,shoot 20 rounds and each will be dead on accurate.

yes, and you also have to annouce yourself to the enemy before you can fire, not to mention that moving while shooting or being shot at is strictly prohibited and all the vehicles can be taken down by a single pistol shot or a nearby squirrel falling out of a tree (damn realism again )jord wrote:

It looks great but I think balance is going to be a huge problem. A video I watched of it really portrayed the Strogg as much stronger than the humans, an individual Strogg infantry can by default deploy a wicked automated stationary cannon that ripes apart human forces and they said their will be AntiVehicle versions as well, a bit on the unfair side considering the human infantry cannon deploy anything close. Not only this but they said that they will never do even minor alterations to any weapons or vehicles no matter how overpowered they are and that people playing for months will be the way they are brought down. Obviously they never heard about J-10s.
Will sure try it out looks promising but so many games fuck up nowadays

Doom3 engine will be ancient by that time. 24 players max online, and from the movies i have seen the game looks slow paced.

Uhg, Quake sucks. I can't stand those arcade games. Super accurate weapons, bunny hopping the preferred method of travel. I went back to BF2 from 2142.

Let me read some reviews, I've heard of this, but never looked into it properly.
i'll try the demo out first and if my computer can handle it without any hitches, and maybe i'll buy it if i find it fun or to my liking

I will play it until FFOW comes out, and then I will play that until the next Battlefield on PC, which I will then play until Spore comes out, and then no one will ever hear from me again.
